is very important to receive guidance on safe travel, preparation of the
physical body and mind, and protection for astral travel; otherwise, the
experiences can often become troublesome or even dangerous. This workshop
breaks down astral travel and provides tools so that all participants
can experience safe, spiritually beneficial journeys.

- Learn to expand your consciousness to purposefully travel outside the physical body.
- Learn to travel safely, with all precautions (including protection prayer).
- Learn how to prepare the physical body, mind and the surroundings for astral travel.
- Practice three preliminary exercises to prepare for astral travel.
